2Can I switch between short, mid and long letting?

As a company, we work hard to maximize your bookings, year-round by combining short bookings with long bookings. Therefore, you can switch between short, mId and long-term rentals.

3How does the check-in/check-out procedure work?

Our goal is to offer every guest a warm and convenient welcome. Therefore, we take care to welcome your customers in person. Our guest team are on duty to provide 24/7 support before, during and after their stay and are always available to ensure check in / check out go well.Most property owners don’t have the time to meet their guests and hand over the key. At The Hostmaster, we take that task away from the homeowners. We also deliver peace of mind by ensuring guests can check-in any time of the day or night, using the self-service check in system or the lock boxes in every apartment.

4What is the startup package? Are all contents necessary?

The Hostermaster handles the management of your property following the steps of the startup package. This includes necessary procedures that cannot be omitted in order to have the best results for both you and your guests. However, in exceptional cases it is possible that one of the steps may not be needed. Contact us to receive a personalized action plan for your property.

5I have a friend who is interested in renting his house. Can I refer him to you?

Of course! We are always willing to take on work with other clients, especially when they are referred to us by you, an existing customer. In addition, through this process we make sure to reward you either with the amount that of up to 300 euros or by giving you a unique experience of a two-day overnight stay at a property managed by our company!

6I want you to manage my house. It is not renovated, and I do not have time to deal with it. Do you undertake the renovation?

Of course! One of the reasons that our company stands out and is trusted by more and more people, is because it can fully undertake the management and renovation of your property. Our network of professionals will renovate your house at the most competitive market prices!

7I want you to manage my house, but I do not have the necessary linen, nor do I want to buy or give my own. Do you provide this amenity?

The Hostmaster offers best quality linen for all the properties we undertake. Also, we provide the existing mattresses and pillows with special protectors, for sanitary reasons and to keep them always in the best possible condition.

8I see that you are based in Athens. I have a property outside Athens, can you handle its management?

Of course! The HostMaster is going through a period of development, and although we are currently active in Athens, we aim to manage properties outside Athens as well.

9I have a property, but it is not furnished. Do you undertake the decoration and the furnishing?

Certainly! We design the layout and after getting your approval, we buy all the furniture, appliances and all the necessary equipment in order to give your accommodation a unique character. This and many more are included in the startup package.
