Through the owner's portal, you will have access to the performance of your property with full transparency, viewing forecasts, current earnings, maintenance updates and booked nights. It is well known that as a company, we strive to make the performance of your property and rental information as transparent as possible.

7What if I want to terminate a property management partnership?

You can cancel the management service whenever you wish, in accordance with the terms of the contract you have signed, as long as you first contact us to undertake all the necessary procedures.

8What is the shortest amount of time I can rent my property?

Given that this is a long term rental, the shortest period of time you can rent your property is 3 months. In case you wish to rent it for shorter periods of time, see the short-term rental service, that we offer to many of our satisfied customers.
