Providing guests a seamless check-in / check-out experience starts from the moment a guest inquires about your place. Learning more about their travel plans, providing clear directions, and adapting to their schedule is crucial to a smooth arrival. Our guest team are on duty to provide 24/7 support before, during and after their stay and are always available to ensure check in / check out go well.
Most property owners don’t have the time to meet their guests and hand over the key. At The Hostmaster, we take that task away from the homeowners. We also deliver peace of mind by ensuring guests can check-in any time of the day or night, using our lock box self-service check in system. Moreover, we have the capability of adding a remote-control system to the doors, through our specialized partners at extremely competitive prices.
We always try to provide luggage storage space in every house, but when this is not possible, you can always drop off your luggage at our reception desks, located in the center of Athens (Kolonaki). The reception desks of our company are also open for visitors. Our guests can come from 09:00 – 18:00 for any inquiries they might have.
